What to write to us about
Choose the subject that best matches your enquiry. You need not share more personal information than is necessary to explain the issue.
01
Corrections
Send the page address, disputed claim and a source that shows the correct information. We assess corrections against our review criteria and update dated material when warranted. If a feature has disappeared from a manufacturer's catalogue, a saved screenshot may be useful.
02
Report a listing
If a linked item appears inconsistent with our adult-bodied standards, identify the page or product address. Avoid sending disturbing imagery or forwarding the listing publicly. We review relevant reports and remove links when necessary.
03
Commercial enquiries
Companies may write with verifiable product documents or corrections to specifications. Providing information does not guarantee inclusion, approval or a favourable verdict. Any affiliate relationship is disclosed to readers.
04
Privacy requests
State whether you want access, correction or erasure of personal information associated with a message or site request. Our privacy policy explains the types of data we handle and the rights available under UK law.
